For those who want Marvel: Ultimate Alliance but can't pre-order.

I've just gotten confirmation from Activision that the Silver Surfer code given out with the pre-ordering of the game will work on all copies of the game. There won't be a special "pre-order edition" of the game as far as content and unlockables on the disc.

So, there ya have it. Pre-order or not, you will be able to play as the Surfer from the beginning if you so chose. =3
