OS stuff for new PC and updated PC parts

Much to the disappointment of a lot of people reading this journal, I had planned to go Vista-only for my new PC, Reptar HD (yes, that's the name of it. :P). But after some thought and talking with Torin (he's helping me pay for the parts, suggested most of the parts, and ultimately will build the PC) I've decided to just go XP only and wait for Windows 7. I'll probably just dual-boot with that instead.
