MUA News for Wii fans.
Aug. 17th, 2006 04:55 am"IGN Wii: Let's talk online. Nintendo has stressed that Wii will be online out of the box, yet so far we haven't seen a lot of adopters. Will Marvel: Ultimate Alliance include online multiplayer?
Evan Skolnick: We really wanted to have the Wii version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance online, but due to a variety of factors, there is no online component for the Wii version."
"IGN Wii: Will the Wii version be released alongside the other versions? Can we expect Marvel: Ultimate Alliance to fit into the Wii launch window?
Evan Skolnick: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is planned to be a launch title for the Wii."
"In addition to our gesture-based gameplay, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance has two additional playable characters who are exclusive to the next generation platforms. "

I'm not really a HUGE Nintendo fan, but I do feel bad for the players who want this game on the Wii. =/
According to recent confirmed talk from a tester for Activision, MUA will not have many playable females in the game due to RavenSoft thinking that females in Marvel Comics are generally weak and useless compared to the male superheroes. I think this is bullshit and isn't fair at all, but I won't go to deep into it unless I make some type of LJ cut rant.
